Full Circle
I don’t have a huge commentary to add about the gorgeous and glorious wedding. I’m just a bit sentimental because I remember the “first” wedding.
I’m no royal-watcher or that obsessed with their lives but these two do seem very sweet and in love. I have to admit that I teared up a bit at their secret smiles and side glances. And of course their kisses.
Loved the dress, loved the uniform and, of course, I loved the hats.
Congratulations to Kate and Will both!
Patchwork Desires
What would you do? I have this pair of interesting (amazing?!?) Vivienne Westwood oxfords sitting by my desk right now. But I’m trying to be frugal and am considering sending them back. They fit perfectly but I can’t say that I need them.
But they are so unique and so sold out that I know if I change my mind there would be no going back.
Plus, how cool are they? One shoe is a deep periwinkle patent with the coraly-red cap toe while the other is tan buff with a swooping cap in the coral.
I guess I should be good and send them back, but oh the temptation……

What a week! Work is crazy so I feel like I’ll I have time for is Instant Access Instagram pics!
I finally received my Knock-out nail polishes. Aren’t the bottles pretty? I got Flatte Black, Powder, Flatte Top and Karen.
I also found the lace and houndstooth Salon Effects. I’m not sure which I want to try first!
I had to give the matte polish a try. It’s thicker than regular polish so I need to get used to the application. But I love it!
Can I just say that I love Libertine. Skulls and argyle go perfectly.
As do Manolos and hot pink toes. Aren’t these Suleys amazing.
Tested out the new Esprit d’Oscar perfume.
More fuchsia! This time with neon orange, polka-dots and bows a la JCrew.
We had Friday off which I spent doing nothing but watching movies like Before Sunrise and Before Sunset. Plus it was rainy, so that’s my excuse. On Saturday our neighbor, a local artist, hosted a art show.

GPOY Saturday Night!
After rain Friday and Saturday, Sunday was gorgeous so I spent some of the morning outside with the flowers and the animals.

We had a pic-nic in the yard and just ordered a hammock for summer skies.
Everyone’s hogging the bed already!
But I’ve got fun nails to kick the week off on a colorful note.
